TD75型通用固定式帶式輸送機(jī)由于輸送量大、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、維護(hù)方便、成本低、通用性強(qiáng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而廣泛地在礦山、冶金、煤炭、交通、水電等行業(yè)中用來輸送散狀物料或成件物品。根據(jù)輸送工藝的要求，可以單機(jī)輸送，也可多合或與其他 輸送機(jī)組成水平或傾斜的輸送系統(tǒng)。TD75型在環(huán)境溫度-15~土40C的范用內(nèi)使用，輸送物料的溫度在50C以下。對于有防爆、防水、防腐蝕及耐熱、耐寒等特殊要求的場合，應(yīng)另行采取措施。TD75型可輸送物料的松散密度應(yīng)在2.5t/m以下。選型說明

1、訂貨時必須提供:輸送礦量、輸送距離、提升高度。

2、傳動形式:一般采用電動滾筒式，若采用減速機(jī)電機(jī)形式必須注明。

3、皮帶結(jié)構(gòu)形式:根據(jù)用戶特別要求可以配套防滑皮帶。
