該系列圓錐球磨機(jī)是在金都招遠(yuǎn)發(fā)明誕生的新型節(jié)能球磨機(jī)，經(jīng)過(guò)近三十年的發(fā)展改革，已經(jīng)在磨礦領(lǐng)域占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。該機(jī)具有以下特

點(diǎn)1、采用大直徑雙列調(diào)心軸承替代普通磨機(jī)的滑動(dòng)軸承，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，免維修，大幅度的降低摩擦力，實(shí)際能耗降低15-30%，且啟動(dòng)容易。

2、靠近出料端采用錐型結(jié)構(gòu)，使磨機(jī)加固，更主要是使鋼球自然分級(jí)，靠近出料口處鋼球直徑小，研磨的物料粒度細(xì)。

3、可采用整體鋼底架，安裝精度高，安裝簡(jiǎn)便，周期短。

4、取消聯(lián)合給料器，采用鼓形給料器，沒(méi)有慣性沖擊，設(shè)備運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)，并減少了磨機(jī)停機(jī)維修時(shí)間，提高了效率。

二、選型說(shuō)明

1、用戶(hù)選用時(shí)，注明球磨機(jī)旋向，分為左轉(zhuǎn)、右轉(zhuǎn)。

2、可根據(jù)用戶(hù)要求改變軸承型號(hào)。

The GZM series conical ball mill is a new type of energy-saving machine invented in Gold Capital of Zhao Yuan.After nearly 30 years ofdevelopment this ball mill has alreadv plaved a leadina role in the field of arinding.lt has the followina features1.Using large diameter double row self-aligning bearings instead of the ordinary sliding bearing,a long service life,free maintenance andlow friction,the actual energy consumption can be reduced by 15~30%,it is easy to start.2.A conical structure is adopted near the discharge end,which reinforces the mll,more importantly,it makes the steel bals classifiednaturally,with small diameter of the steel balls near the discharging hole and fine grain size of the materials milled.3.By adopting an integral steel under-frame,the installation precision is high and easy to install,with a short cycle.4.By adopting drum feeder instead of combined feeder.there is no inertial impact.Thus.the mil runs stably,the maintenance downtimeis reduced and the efficiency is improved.
